Don\’t Forget About These 3 Ways To Use Video

Wednesday, May 13th, 2015

I have done video production for several years now and I am still blown away by how people treat video. Everyone knows that video is a huge asset to marketing, but many business owners still don\’t use it. It seems like the big brands can\’t get enough of it and the smaller companies can\’t be bothered with it. If you are on the fence, then maybe you just need to see a few types of videos that are being completely overlooked.

Video Resume: Anyone still actively seeking employment knows that it is important to stand out from the crowd. Sure, your resume should include a splash of color and language that appeals to the hiring manager, but why not send along a video that gives the manager a taste of your personality and work ethic. You don\’t want your video to come across as cheesy, so have someone interview you about why your work is important to you and edit the clips together in a short 1 to 2 minute video.

Video Proposals: I have seen this work wonders for everyone from musicians to plumbers. When your band wants to book a show with a venue, simply visit the venue in advance, take out your phone and grab some video. Lay some audio over the footage saying that you checked out their venue and you think your band would be a good fit for them. Email it to the club owner and chances are your video will get watched.

Video Emails: Whether you are pitching an idea or just thanking someone for their help, put it on video. It is not everyday that people receive videos in their inbox. These messages not only get opened, but the personal touch indicates to the viewer that you care. This helps build relationships with your audience and other business owners.

Video can seem intimidating at first, but once you know your editing software and have a workflow, video can be shot and edited in no time. It is this fear of not knowing how to do video, that prevents people from trying. I am glad that I jumped in because it has changed my business completely. I have enjoyed video so much, that I have been operating a video production company for 3 years and I incorporate video into all of my side projects.

Creating Amazing Video

Thursday, June 2nd, 2011

In the realm of internet marketing, new techniques and approaches are latched onto with great verve and are the immediately flogged to death as the method gets watered down and abused. One thing that has managed to survive and thrive despite being misused by numerous marketers is the use of video in pre-launch campaigns.

The ability for marketers to quickly and cheaply product high quality promotional videos has become commonplace as the technology has become readily available. What used to take dedicated workstations to do can now be done on standard laptop computers.

What used to take professional film crews and high-end betamax recording cameras that cost tens of thousands of dollars can now be done for next to nothing. A Flip Cam or Kodak Zi8 can record hours of 720p, high definition video right inside a device not much bigger than a pack of playing cards. Even the mobile phone in your pocket may be able to record high definition video.

Powerpoint and Keynote are now prominent tools in the toolbox of the internet marketer who is turning out videos as products or for promotional purposes. The tools have the ability to take slides and add advanced animation and movement while at the same time being easy to use for just about everyone. In years gone by, graphical tricks were the domain of Hollywood for television and movies, now just about anyone can put these things together and place them on the internet.

While the cost and quality in video has shifted dramatically, sound has also seen dramatic changes. By recording everything digitally, the audio is very easy to work with in post-production and can be manipulated and corrected before final mixing. Lapel mics and digital recorders are very cost effective solutions for live shoots while USB microphones and headsets can produce outstanding results for screen captures.

Technology has not stopped changing just in the field, the editing suite has also undergone a massive transformation. Almost all video and audio can be edited using tools like Adobe Premier Suite and Final Cut Studio on affordable Macs and PCs. At these prices, the tools aren’t out of touch for even small scale producers. In the screen capture are, Camtasia and Screenflow make producing these type of videos easy and cheap.

All of these tools now make it possible for anyone with a reasonable camera or average computer to produce their own high quality videos. These videos can be used to tell stories or market products. When you add to it systems like YouTube, Vimeo and Viddler – the average person now has the means to create and widely distribute high definition video at their own leisure.

The Domination Of MySpace And Facebook In The Internet

Saturday, October 30th, 2010

Like all fads that were once hot, MySpace.com is quickly becoming supplanted by a comer, Facebook.com. It was just a few short years ago, that everyone who was online had a MySpace page, now it’s Facebook’s turn.

When Fox purchased MySpace for $320 million everyone thought it they were making a great deal. MySpace was riding high and it seemed like it would do so indefinitely.

Everyone who wanted to connect online was on MySpace and had created their own pages. It allowed users to do fun things like play your favorite song when people visited your page. Or you could use a “skin” on your page to change its appearance. MySpace was very popular for a time.

MySpace began losing its most of its members in 2008 and the decline continues today. Many MySpace users are abandoning their pages and opening Facebook accounts. Some have maintained their MySpace page but primarily use Facebook.

MySpace’s fall from grace was not surprising considering how quickly technology changes. If you don’t adapt and keep current, users will find another online tool. Many people said they dropped MySpace because it was slow to implement user requests. It only recently implemented an updates system used by Facebook for well over a year.

Marketing also had something to do with the population decline on MySpace. Many people thought that MySpace wasn’t inclusive. It wasn’t seen as a place where people of all ages congregated.

There are whole families on Facebook and it is seen as a place for everyone to connect and have fun. When you reach more people you have more users and greater success.

Facebook is on top now because it has remained nimble and marketed itself better than MySpace. It will have to keep up to stay there, since the internet is such a rapidly changing environment. Who knows what the next big thing will be on the internet? Years from now, maybe no one will even remember MySpace or Facebook.

Get Traffic 3.0 Reviews And Bonuses

Thursday, October 14th, 2010

I have gathered a lot of information on the get traffic 3.0 bonuses. Here is a list of who is offering what kind of bonuses, how much the costumers are receiving in return, where you can get the best value and which ones to avoid.

Bad Bonuses

In the past, I was an affiliate for a few products. I went for bonuses like free i pods and computers; things that never helped my business. To take your bonus offers to the next level you need to go for bonuses that are more valuable such as free software, free coaching, extra traffic sources, profit formulas, etc.

It’s with these items that you can go obtain the next level, not laptops. I know that you are thinking that hardware will help your business just as much as software, but please trust me. I have received computers from bonuses and it didn’t take long for me to realize that the free training on marketing, monetizing, list building, traffic secrets, lead generation, etc are worth so much more.

Good Bonuses

A while ago I received free coaching from Jonathan’s Coaching Courses from Get Traffic 3.0. Jay Crew was my personal trainer and the information he gave me helped me leave my day job and work at home full time. I can finally be my own boss thanks to their support and knowledge. If there is an option for you to receive coaching or one-on-one training from someone like Jay Crew, go for it. It’s this type of invaluable information that you really need.

Have you thought about what your business really does? Do you really know where your business is going? How are you going to get there? Whatever you answer, you will most likely know that to get what you want you will need more traffic, more leads, more growth and (of course) more money.

How do you get that? Do you think that marketers that make 6 and 7 figures get it with free computers? With this review I am only trying to share my experience and help you to make the right choices when deciding which bonuses to go with from Get Traffic 3.0.

The Details of “Get Traffic 3.0”

Are you still unsure as to what Get Traffic 3.0 really does? Well, it is a complete and advanced marketing course conveniently hosted through Facebook. A while ago, Google put a stop to all ‘work at home’ advertisements which caused marketers to lose 50% – 80% of their traffic stream. You can imagine how devastating that was.

Get Traffic 3.0 can also be considered the story of Jonathan Budd. How did a home based marketer, who lost his traffic share to Google actually devised his own solution? I have seen a preview of his product and I am really excited as to how it poses a direct challenge to Google in the advertising space.

I would not miss this product for anything and I will buy it. This product also offers web traffic solutions and discusses Facebook strategies, how to use the tools that Facebook provides for better benefits, how to create Facebook Ads that actually work and to sum it all: a result oriented complete Facebook coaching package is offered here.

Facebook is the place to advertise and it pays to learn more about how to advertise on there. Get Traffic 3.0 has the best bonuses online. Personally speaking, I believe that Jay Crew and Glen McNeil have come up with a coaching and product offer that cannot be beaten by anyone. It is the best deal you can get online.

Monetize Get Traffic 3.0 than with Jonathan Budd’s business partner teaching everything he knows about Get Traffic 3.0. There are over $2,500 in FREE bonuses to monetize the the product. Get Them today before the class fills up.
